Title: Ephesians 5

Ephesians 5:15-20
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
It is a wonderful passage there. Of course, the Apostle Paul writing the book of Ephesians. If you study the book of Ephesians—we have not done that—I don’t know if we have ever done that or not on a Wednesday. We might take that up sometime along the way. I have another thing we must do in there. So, it will be five years down the road. Somewhere down the road, we will get to Ephesians. We should do that. The book of Ephesians is a wonderful book. Paul wrote it for the church and about the church. it is all about the church. It is a great help and it has many instructions in it for the church.
Tonight is one of those places where Paul gives the church some instruction. As a matter of fact, he gives us a commandment; if you want to think of it like that, or a command from the Lord.
Ephesians 5:18
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
We are going to talk about being filled with the Spirit tonight, and what that means. Also, how it happens, and what it does to you when you are filled with the Spirit. We will talk about some of those questions as we go.
Filling of the Spirit
The filling of the Spirit is a recurring theme, in the Bible, as you go through it. In Luke’s gospel, it is mentioned four different times.
· If you remember, John the Baptist, before he was born, was filled with the Holy Spirit from the womb.
· Elizabeth, the dear, sweet lady that was in the temple awaiting the coming of the Lord, was filled with the Holy Spirit. She sung a sacred song to the Lord after His birth.
· Zechariah, the father of John the Baptist, was filled with the Holy Spirit. He prophesied when he was filled with the Holy Spirit.
· Of course, the most notable individual that was filled with the Spirit was Jesus, Himself. He was filled with the Holy Spirit for work, all of His work that needed to be done in Luke chapter 4, verse 1.
When we come to the book of Acts; it is mentioned eight different times, in the book of Acts. We studied the book of Acts along the way. If we haven’t, we will, if we live long enough. The book of Acts talks about it eight different times. The book of Acts is really—if you want to think of it—it is called the Acts of the Apostles. However, the true title of the Book would be the Acts of the Holy Spirit. Because it is a work of the Holy Spirit, as He begins to work and move in the early church. In the book of Acts, he mentions it eight times. Then of course, we read this one time in the book of Ephesians chapter 5, verse 18. Paul makes it clear that we are to be filled with the Spirit. Then we need to talk about for a little while, about what that means.
I do know this about being filled with the Holy Spirit; it should be the normal condition of the Christian life. Our normal condition, should be, to be filled with the Spirit. Also, I believe that the Holy Spirit is given, or the Holy Spirit fills us for special works—things that need to be done, but not just for special works, but actually for daily living, as far as that goes. Then the Holy Spirit comes into our life and fills us with his presence for service, and that is in our daily life, as we serve the Lord. Then He uses us to His glory. As I said, Paul has given us a command to be filled with the Holy Spirit. It is not a suggestion. A lot of people take a lot of things from the Bible as mere suggestions. However, this is not a suggestion from the Word of God. It is a command that you and I must be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Questions
Let me get into my questions here a little bit:
What is the filling of the Holy Spirit?
What is the filling of the Holy Spirit? (Congregational answers: When the Holy Spirit has control over your life.) That would be what you would say that you were filled with the Spirit.
Does the Holy Spirit fill you at the time you are born again?
Does the Holy Spirit fill you at the time you are born again? He comes in but…so, I think that is one of the things we might need to talk about. There is a difference between the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is what happens when you and I are saved. I know I am into an area here that some people might not have talked about or thought about. However, it is true. When you are saved, when you are born again; the Bible says we are all baptized into one Spirit, by one body. That is not a reference to water baptism. That is a reference to Spiritual baptism. When you come into Christ, the Holy Spirit comes within our hearts to live. We are baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Are we filled with the Holy Spirit at that moment?
Are we filled with the Holy Spirit at that moment? We grow into it. Are we filled at that moment though, when we get saved? You would think so…Alright. We certainly get a presence of the Lord. I am not trying to put pressure on you. I am just trying to make you think for a moment or two about it. The answer is No! So, the receiving of the Holy Spirit for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is different than the filling of the Holy Spirit. Everybody that is saved is baptized into the Spirit. However, we are filled with the Spirit—I am going to talk more about it as we go along—by requiring, requesting, or seeking His presence more in our life; is one way we could do it. Then when the Lord wants to use us in some special way that He fills us with His Spirit. Then of course, the filling of the Holy Spirit should be the normal condition for the Christian. For everyday life, we need the Spirit of God or we can’t live for the Lord, Jesus Christ. The filling of the Holy Spirit is when the special presence of the Spirit is with you, to help you do something for yourself or the cause of Christ. It empowers you, by guiding you, helping you control your actions, your words, your thoughts, and your motivations. We need that. Don’t we? Then of course, we need the presence of the Holy Spirit, for serving the Lord. Being filled with the Spirit should be a repeated and ongoing experience. It should be something that is ongoing and repeated many times. Sometimes, we need a refreshing presence of the Lord. You know that.
Sometimes, we get into the doldrums of life. We get into the boring parts of life. I don’t know about you, but when I used to be in the work-a-day world; I tell you, that work-a-day world had an effect on me a lot along the way. I would come home—I don’t know why—but I would be grouchy sometimes. I’m never grouchy! However, I would come home. The pressures of life itself can cause us to kind of get out of the presence or mood of the Spirit from time to time. We certainly need a refreshing. By the way, don’t we come to church often so we can have our lives open to the work and filling of the Holy Spirit. We come to Wednesday night church service, Sunday night, Sunday morning. We come to church. We come to God’s house and we expect to meet the Lord here. He fills us. Sometimes we have wonderful meetings with the Lord, here in this room. God is so good.
Is the filling of the Spirit emotional, supernatural, or practical?
Let me ask you this question. Is the filling of the Spirit emotional, supernatural, or practical? Yes, I agree with you too. Is it supernatural? Absolutely! It is the Holy Spirit. Would you think it is emotional? It can be. It doesn’t have to be. Is it practical? As we have already said, it should be the normal condition of our everyday lives of living for the Lord, Jesus Christ. With His presence, we can live a life of obedience unto to the Lord. We have talked at length here about the fruit of the Spirit. We will talk a little bit more about it, at length, before I get done here tonight. We talk about the presence of the Spirit. Without the presence of the Spirit we absolutely cannot live for Jesus Christ. I have heard people say and it is true. I would get saved, but I can’t live it. Well, nobody can. You can’t do it without the Lord. What is the presence of the Lord. That is the filling of the Lord. He baptizes when you are saved. However, you still need that special presence of the Lord. You need a daily routine, somewhere along the way; where you are in the Word of God. Not only a lot, but just a little bit if that is all you have time for. I will tell you. You need to pray every day. Begin to develop a prayer life, when you get to know Jesus Christ, as your personal Savior. If you don’t pray, you are not really wanting to seek or get into His presence. You need to do that.
Story
I had a guy one time, years ago, that went to church. He went for a good while. He said, “Why do you people always pray all the time?” I thought well, why aren’t you praying all the time? I talked to him a little bit about it. He just didn’t understand that—and I don’t know how—but he didn’t understand that was what we ought to do.
Pray
We ought to pray. When we pray, we are talking to the Father. When we are talking to the Father, we are opening ourselves up to the Lord. When we open ourselves up to the Lord, He can fill us with His presence. That is what the filling of the Spirit really is. He fills us for obedience. He fills us for another thing that is almost lost in our generation. It is a thing called holiness. That didn’t even use to be a question among Christians a few years ago. Christians tried to live a holy life. Now we have people who claim to be saved that don’t any different in their so-called saved condition than they did in their lost condition. I think there is something wrong with that whole scenario. I think when the Lord comes in, His presence is holy. Our God is a holy God. When He comes into your life and the Holy Spirit comes into your heart; I’m telling you His holy presence will not allow you to continue in sin without a lot of condemnation.
Romans 8:1
I know we read in Romans 8:1…
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
I am telling you something, if you are a Christian and you are refusing to walk after the Spirit, and you are walking in the flesh, pleasing the flesh, doing things you know you shouldn’t do. Living in sin. There is condemnation and there should be. Condemnation means guilt. God’s not really the author of guilt. That is not really His tool. I will tell you there is guilt that should come along when the Holy Spirit convinces your heart, you are doing the wrong thing.
He also comes into our presence to give us a boldness, to give us a confidence that we are going in the right direction. What convinces you?
I have heard Roger say tonight that God was blessing him and he just determined that God is probably going to bless him right into heaven. God is going to be good. How does he know that? Past experience.
Confidence
The longer you live for the Lord, and the more the Spirit of God is working in and through your life; you should have more of a confidence in your heart that I am living in a way that pleases God. My God is blessing me with His presence, and gives me a confidence. Let’s say it differently. A better word—faith. As you grow in the Spirit of God, and as the Lord grows in your life; your faith gets better. It gets more anchored in the Lord Himself. A lot of people have a lot of faith in what they do, or what they give, or certain things they contribute or whatever. Listen. That has nothing to do with serving the Lord. That is wonderful stuff if you want to give, contribute, or work for the Lord any way you want to. However, your relationship with the Lord gets better and stronger as you live for Him and you just get closer to Him. You gain that confidence within your heart that I am a child of God. There is no doubt about it.
Witness
I remember the moment when I got saved. I knew I got saved the day I got saved. How about you? I knew it. I didn’t have to ask anybody. I tell you, all of these years of living for the Lord has convinced us that we are living in a right way that pleases Him. It is a confidence that can be used for witnessing.
I think Christians still ought to witness to some degree. I realize that is different now than what it used to be. Used to, when I first got saved; we used to go around with our Bibles. We would run into people. It is what we would call a cold witness. Do you know the Lord? They didn’t know the Lord. You would try to get them to talk to you a little bit and read the Bible. Maybe you would get them to pray with you. Sometimes they would. Sometimes they wouldn’t. When we first got saved, there was a lot of people under conviction and needing to be saved. We were just trying to help them find the Lord.
That is different now. Now if you approach somebody and want to talk to them about the Lord; almost everybody you are going to talk to—I’m going to tell you what is going to happen—they are going to tell you they are already saved. Even though they are as lost as a little dog in big weeds; they are going to tell they are already saved because they made a profession of faith in Bible school or something.
Therefore, our witness today is a little different. I think our best witness is with people we work with that we live for the Lord. They see that the Lord is real in our lives. Maybe they even witnessed the change in our life when we came from a life of sin into a life of salvation and service to the Lord. I believe that witness is there. I don’t think it is a silent witness all the time. Whoever said this was right. Witness for the Lord…every day and sometimes use words. I think that is probably good. Use your life to witness for the Lord and let people know that Christ is real in your life. Furthermore, that you are a person that if they have a need; you say, I will pray for you about that. That is wonderful way to open the door to witness to somebody these days about how they need Jesus. I prayed for you. Then when you start praying for that individual—actually start praying for them—from time to time, check on that prayer and see how it is going. Amen! That’s one way to do it.
Worship
Also, to worship—the Holy Spirit is desperately needed in our worship service, in our songs, in our testimonies, and in preaching. It would be nice to have it. Amen! In everything we do in God’s house, in God’s presence, when we worship before Him, we seek the presence of the Holy Spirit. We need it. We need Him badly.
How can we know if we are filled with the Spirit?
How can we know if we are filled with the Spirit? That’s a good, ole, deep question. Isn’t it? You will be a fruit bearer. Jesus said, by their fruits you shall know them. Amen! Who knows that list, off the top of your head?
Fruit of the Spirit
· Love
· Joy
· Peace
· Patience
· Kindness
· Goodness
· Faithfulness
· Gentleness
· Self-control
(Congregation offering answers.) Longsuffering is one of them. You are getting quite a few of them: Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Meekness, and Temperance. That is the whole list. Temperance being self-control. That is the list. You had most of them.
Love for Others
How do we know we are filled with the Holy Spirit? When you have love for God’s people, other people, and have joy. You have peace in your heart. Can you lay your head down on your pillow—I’m not saying that is an every night occurrence because sometimes things just go wrong—but at the same time: love, joy, peace. That should be things that really are characteristics of your life. Why? Because the Holy Spirit is within you now. He is working out His life in you. Whether you know it or not; if you love Jesus, you should be one of the most loving people some folks know. If you are just a grump old person, you will still be loving.
Love, joy, peace, longsuffering—now that’s where I come way short. That means forbearing, or putting up with people. I come short of that. So, I have to bite my tongue a lot. Not with Patty. I tell her what is on my mind. I am not mad at her, but sometimes I need to keep my mouth shut period. Amen! Longsuffering, gentleness—are you a gentle person? Should be. People should not be afraid of you. The Holy Spirit is living within you.
Desire to Worship
You have a desire to worship. You have gratitude in your heart. You are also somebody who is submissive to the will of the Lord. We talked about this just a little bit in Sunday School this morning. If the Lord comes along sometimes and changes your life and He does that once in a while.
He did it with me and Roger. We worked at National Mines. I know Roger did. I intended to be there the rest of my life. I loved that place. I loved to work there. However, the Lord decided that wasn’t where we were going to work. Didn’t He Roger? Therefore, we had to go somewhere else. When that happens for a little while; you are just floored. You don’t know what to do. You don’t know what way to turn, or what’s going to happen. I have to tell you. I have never seen God not fill the void and give you something wonderful to do. He provides. He’s a wonderful provider.
Spirit of Submission
That Spirit of submission needs to be there with us. Saying, “Lord I don’t know what you want me to do. I am just going to keep right on serving you, no matter what.” Of course, we talked about producing fruit.
What is the process of being filled with the Spirit?
What is the process of being filled with the Spirit? Another one of those deep ones. Continually seeking the Lord. A daily time when you can spend time with God would be helpful. The more time you can spend with God, the more helpful it would be. At the same time, if you only have a short time—in the mornings, my eyes are blurry in the mornings. Diabetes is working on my eyeballs. I can’t read in the morning. I’m fighting these blurry spots. I can’t do it. I tell you what I can do. I can pray. I can turn on that wonderful thing called YouTube, and that guy named Alexander Scourby will read the Bible to me. Did you guys ever hear of him? You can have the Bible read to you. I do that a little bit. Mostly I just pray. I get up and pray in the morning. I spend as much time as I think I need to spend in the morning praying. I am a minister of the gospel. So, I am in the Word of God all of the time. I’m in the Word of God every day for a period of time. As the weekend comes, sometimes a little more. Amen!
Meet with God
How are we filled with the Spirit? We have to have that time. Do you remember the old song, “I Come to the Garden Alone” (Austin Miles)? The whole idea of that is that there is a private time that you meet with God. Do you have a private time when you meet with God? Isn’t that important to have that private time? God knows you like nobody else knows you. He knows all of us very well. In return, we would like to get to know Him. Do you know what He does? He fills us with the Spirit of God—comes into our heart. Not only that, I think we confess sin and confess it quickly. That would be a good way to get filled with the Spirit or stay filled with the Spirit.
Do you sin? Years ago, many, many years ago, in the old churches; there would be a few people that would give you the idea that they never sinned. If you did, you were a low-down dirty dog. I’ve got bad news for them. We all sin and come short of the glory of God.

When you read Romans 3:23; do you know that wasn’t written for sinners? That very verse says, for we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. That was written to Christians, for we have all sinned. How do you sin? You sin with your mouth. You sin with your mind. You sin with your eyes. You sin with your ears. You can sin a lot of different ways. You sin by the things you do. You sin by the things you don’t do sometimes. I had better quit before I start making you feel real bad. We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. When we do, confess it quick. Don’t let the sun go down on your sin.
Don’t let the sun go down on your sin
The book of Ephesians says, don’t let the sun go down on your wrath. However, don’t let the sun go down on your sin. When you have sinned against God, and the Holy Spirit—how do I know if I have sinned against God? That wonderful Holy Spirit tells you that you have. Right? When you have done something that you should not have done; your conscious—your conscious is a wonderful thing. The Holy Spirit works through that conscious. Do you know your conscious won’t lie to you, unless you, over a long period of time, sear it with a hot iron. It other words, press it down, press it down, until it doesn’t speak to you anymore. If you listen to that Holy Spirit working through your conscious; He will tell you that you did something you shouldn’t have done. You said something you shouldn’t have said. Whatever. When that happens, you say, Lord please forgive me.
I said this morning, I think it is just a wonderful thing to think of it. Billy Graham the great man that he was; he said it. I heard him say it in one of his sermons that he preached a long time ago. He said, every day I pray that the Lord forgives me of my sin, that He cleanses me, and that He guides me to doing His will. He must have done a pretty good job of it through the years. I think that is a good prayer for all of us. You say, what if I don’t know if I sinned? Just say it anyway. Lord, forgive me of my sin. Cleanse me and guide me as I should go.
When filled with the Holy Spirit, does one speak in tongues?
When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, does that mean you are going to speak in tongues? No. That is true. There are just a few times in Acts where tongues were a sign gift. Tongues were a sign gift in the book of Acts to show people that the Spirit of God had filled an individual with His presence. That happened a few times. There are many more fillings that didn’t mention tongues. In the book of Acts, I can see about a half dozen times here, in my list of scriptures, where the Holy Spirit moved and filled people but they didn’t speak in tongues. I know some people that go to churches where they believe that is the only way you know if you are filled with the spirit and they won’t let people teach Sunday School class, or participate in any kind of leadership activity in the church unless they have had that experience.
Is there a gift of tongues?
Is there a gift of tongues? I’m one of those preachers and you have heard me say this. I don’t think it is useful today. I see no need for it today. It was an early gift that was used in the early church because many times people didn’t speak the same language. God would use that to speak—I don’t want to be harsh though. I don’t want to be at the point where I say, those people are way out… I really don’t know. That has never happened to me. That has never been anything I wanted to do. I will say this. You can be filled with the Spirit. You certainly don’t have to speak in tongues. Sometimes, as you can tell, I speak in tongues, and I have tried my best to speak English.
Is there consistent evidence that the Holy Spirit is involved in your life, leading you, guiding you, and filling you with His presence? We have talked a little bit about it. I have talked about that confidence of faith and that holiness. Here is one more thing I would like to throw in.
Sin becomes Repulsive
When you were being filled with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will draw you to a holier style of life and you will want to be more like Christ. One of the things I have noticed in my life is when I get really close to the Lord is that anything that is sinful is really repulsive. Have you ever noticed that? Do you drift? Yes, you do. Do I drift? Absolutely! Everybody does. Sometimes you are not as hot in the Spirit as sometimes you are. It doesn’t seem so repulsive, but when you are really near the Lord, and the Spirit of God is really working through you; there is a repulsion, I guess, when you come in contact with any kind of sin. I am going to let that go and move on.
Can a Christian lose the feeling of the Holy Spirit?
Can a Christian lose the feeling of the Holy Spirit? I’m not talking about the Baptism, but the feeling of the Holy Spirit. Yes, you can.
Can you lose your salvation?
Can you lose your salvation? No. Not if you are saved. You are born again. I sent Angie a big list last week about all the different scriptures in the Bible. I looked at that and it looked like about fifty-some or sixty scriptures in the Bible that say over and over again that when you are saved; it is an eternal act of God. John 3:16 for instance.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I know people like to argue about this back and forth. However, I am going to tell you that if you are saved, then you are saved. Get that out of your mind. Quit worrying about that. Go ahead and serve the Lord. Don’t dwell around that. Don’t spend time thinking about that.
Can you do things as a Christian that is displeasing to the Lord?
Can you do things as a Christian that is displeasing to the Lord? Absolutely! Can you backslide as a Christian? Absolutely! Yes. Does that mean you lose your salvation? No. It just simply means that you are not in the will of God.
Believe me; when you are not in the will of God, you are going to wind up in the pig pen. It is going to happen. Sin, is painful. We know that is true. We see it in the lives of people. We have experienced it in our own life.
Listen. When the Spirit of God is within you, then you do things that are displeasing to the Lord, you lose. You lose ground with God. How can you do that?
How do we grieve the Holy Spirit?
Ephesians 4:30
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
How do we grieve the Holy Spirit? I’m glad you asked because I wanted to read some of them to you here.
Ephesians 4:30-32
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Sealed unto the Day of Redemption
By the way, that sealing unto the day of redemption is your salvation. You are sealed.
What are you sealed for? You are sealed for ownership. God owns you. You belong to God, when you give your life to Jesus Christ.
Sealed for Service
God blesses you. He is going to use you for His glory as you serve Him.
Grieve the Holy Spirit: Bitterness
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
Those things grieve the Holy Spirit, with malice. So, all of those things are the idea of losing your temper, being angry (an angry person). Have you ever met Christian people? I have been a pastor a long time. Have you ever met angry people around the church. I’m afraid I have. Many times, some people have gone out like this. I wasn’t smiling when they did it either. Sometimes, I deserved a little bit of that. At the same time, these things grieve the Holy Spirit.
Grieve the Holy Spirit: Malice
“And all malice,” malice not only has that anger but it has the desire to do harm to somebody.
Encourage the presence of the Holy Spirit: Be Kind
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Be kind one to another.
Encourage the presence of the Holy Spirit: Tenderhearted
The Holy Spirit, when he is moving and working in your life, he’s tender in your life. Your life will be tenderhearted. You will be thoughtful. You will be kind. You see somebody struggling or something; your heart will be broken for them. That is the Spirit of God.
Encourage the presence of the Holy Spirit: Forgiving
Listen to this one. Forgiving one another even as God, for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. God has done more for us than we can ever do for Him. Hasn’t He?
Now I don’t know where I am going with this because I am almost done. Does the Bible command us to be filled with the Spirit? I have already asked that question and answered it. Yes, He does. That is what Paul says.
You can’t love other the way you should if you are not filled with the Spirit.
You can’t be useful to God if you are not filled with the Spirit.
You can’t fight your spiritual battles, if you are not filled with the Spirit.
You can’t be a light in this dark world if you are not filled with the Spirit.
So, is the filling of the Holy Spirit important?
How do we get it? I have talked about that. I am going to go a little farther here. How do you get the filling of the Spirit? You ask God for it.
Luke 11:13
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Ask for it. Ask God to bless you with His presence. I will tell you something even more wonderful. It is so wonderful because I like it when God does something for us and does something with us and we don’t know what He is doing. Did you ever think about that? I think sometimes when we think God is doing something with us, we get proud of ourselves. We think I’m so good. I really like it. Here is what is so good. The Lord will fill your life with His presence and you will be blessing people and touching their lives and you won’t even know.
Story
Several years ago, a young fellow—I didn’t even know he was there—I used to go preach at a different church a little while back there; well, it’s been a long time back there, about forty years ago. I used to go preach in this church. After, I had preached there, I thought, this is a pretty nice church. I wasn’t pastor at the time. If they would ask me, I would take that church. I’d pastor that church. They didn’t ask me. Another church did, so I went there. I’d say twenty years ago; somebody told me they ran into this guy that went to that church. He was just a teenager when I use to preach there. He is the preacher. They said, who do you model your life after? Who encouraged you to preach? He said, Dan Pancake encouraged me to preach. I don’t know that guy. I model my preaching after the way he did it. He used to come and preach at our church. He said, it so impressed me that it is the way I want to preach. I don’t know why anybody would want to do that. Praise God! Isn’t it good when you do something and you didn’t know you did it. That is the best way that the Holy Spirit can use you.
Closing
Ask for His presence. If there is a sin in your life, get it out quickly. Amen! If there is something that needs done for the glory of God, don’t put it off; go ahead and do it.
